- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
- Any materials or deliverables completed will be provided to the client upon full payment
- Deposits may be non-refundable as specified in the service agreement
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
13. Changes to These Terms
